3 simple steps to make your nighttime beauty routine faster

It’s not easy being Wonder Woman - juggling work, daily yoga classes and a packed social calendar leaves little "me" time, especially at the end of a long day. We’ve created a 3-step plan that will help you save time, your skin, and get you drifting off to sleep at record speed.
Set up a regular schedule
At the end of the day we look forward to unwinding with a good TV show, seeing what our friends have been up to on Facebook, or scrolling through Instagram and getting lost in all of the inspirational posts. However it’s important to set a time limit for these activities so that you don’t: A. Fall into a Netflix trap and lie to yourself that you’ll "just watch one more episode and that’s it…" and B. Create an unstable sleep schedule.
Decide on a cut-off time that works for you and put your electronic devices on airplane mode and head to the bathroom to get ready. A regular routine will condition your body to know when it’s time for sleep and naturally get you into relaxation mode.
