The holiday season can feel like a marathon for both you and your skin. Your agenda gets filled with parties, long dinners with family and friends, and spending hours upon hours in different stores shopping for gifts for your loved ones. While there’s lots of joy that comes from all of these activities, doing too much in such a short time can leave you feeling tired and stressed. The #LIVEMORE editorial team is here to help guide you through this tricky period of the year, so that you can just sit back and enjoy it, and keep your skin looking radiant in the process!

For the next few weeks we’ll be supplying you with beauty, fitness, and health tips. Consider us your new wellness partner for the holiday season! Here’s how the #LIVEMORE program is going to work:

Step one: the holiday season countdown

Whether you celebrate Hanukkah, Christmas or Kwanzaa, you will begin to feel the pressure of the holiday season in late November. But don’t worry – we’re here to help you! We’ll be supplying you with ideas on how to keep your cortisol levels down and how to adapt your beauty routine to prep your skin for the festive few weeks ahead.

Step two: your holiday season survival kit

The holidays are all about indulging in delicious food and staying out late with friends. We’ll teach you how to take part in these things without sacrificing your figure or waking up to a new pimple from a gluten or sugar overdose (we’ll be eating a lot of it too, this season!). We are going to provide you with sneaky exercise tips, like how to exercise during an especially long meal, and how to get a work out in while decorating the Christmas tree.

Step three: how to reset your body post-holiday season

After the holiday season is over we all feel two ways simultaneously. On the one hand we want to be healthy and #morefit, and on the other hand, we want to crawl under the covers to hibernate for at least a week. Since we know you probably lead a very active life and don’t have time to hide, we’ll be here to show you how you can reset and detox, pain-free. You’ll also learn how to make sure your skin is looking extra radiant and blemish-free for 2017!
